Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and gently brush teeth and gums twice a day.
Spit out after brushing and don't rinse.
Dental use only. Avoid eyes. Rinse if eye contact occurs. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children. Contains Sodium Fluoride (1450 ppm F-) Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
