The reason that these are listed is because they are naturally present in the essential oils we use. We do not add them separately as isolated fragrance ingredients.

    If you have diagnosed allergies to any of these ingredients, we recommend trying our Scent Free range, which is completely free from perfume or essential oils.

  • Användning

    Hur man använder

    1. STEP 1: CLEANSE

      A little goes a long way. Add a few drops to running water to create a gentle bubble bath, and gently cleanse your or your baby’s skin before rinsing with lukewarm water.

    2. STEP 2: SOOTHE

      Apply the balm sparingly to the skin and reapply as and when required. If using on cracked nipples, soothe onto nipples before and after feeds.

      For perineal massage: 

      From 34 weeks, regularly massage your perineum to help it become more flexible and ready for childbirth. To massage, place one or both thumbs on and just within the back wall of the vagina, resting one or both forefingers on the buttocks. You may prefer to use only one hand. Gently massage by moving the thumb(s) and forefinger(s) together in an upwards and outwards rhythmic ‘U’ or ‘sling’ type movement. Massage for around 5 minutes; repeat daily or every other day for maximum benefit.

    How to recycle the sugar cane plastic tube and PP cap:
    This product is packaged in sugar cane PE with a PP plastic cap. It can be recycled with other PE and PP plastics at the kerbside through Local Authorities, who usually collect plastic bottles and tubes.

    How to recycle the pot:
    The Green People pots are made of polypropylene (PP), plastic recycle code 5. They are fully recyclable and can be mixed with your regular household recycling.

    How to recycle the box:
    All Green People cardboard packaging is FSC-approved and can be placed in your household recycling.

    You can use our natural and organic baby bath products from 4 weeks onwards. For the gentlest possible newborn bath routine, it is best to initially use our ultra-gentle, scent-free baby products.

    Yes, suitable for use on the perineum from 34 weeks, our Mum & Baby Rescue Balm is made with a skin-softening blend of organic oils that can help soften the perineum before childbirth.

  • Can the Mum & Baby Balm be left on during breastfeeding?

    Yes, scent-free and suitable for use before, during and after feeding, its skin-kind formula gently soothes sore nipples and can be left on the skin to provide long-lasting protection.
